In this article I'll talk about Why BIM is needed in the AEC Industry. And don't worry I promise to keep it light and skip the heavy technical definitions. Instead, I want to paint a picture that’s as clear as the blueprints for your next big project..

Let's understand Why BIM is needed?

For thousands of years, the basics of building haven't changed much. We’re still pouring concrete, laying bricks, and putting up structures with walls, floors, and roofs. It’s not about what, it is the "how" that’s taken a giant leap forward. How we are doing things has Evolved dramatically with the advent of BIM & Technology.
